Registration is closing soon for the free-to-attend Museums + Heritage Show, taking place over two days at Olympia London.

Registration is closing soon for this year’s Museums + Heritage Show, which takes place at Olympia London and is free to attend.

The two-day event will feature more than 60 talks from a wide range of professionals across the museums and heritage sector. Alongside the speaker programme, 150 exhibitors will be showcasing new products and services aimed at supporting organisations and professionals working in the field.

The Museums + Heritage Show 2025 offers a wealth of insights and inspiration, from fresh ways to turn visitors’ experiences into impact (and income) to five key takeaways from sector leaders. Attendees can explore demonstrations in AI, AR, and conservation, see businesses showcase storytelling and digital innovation, and discover next-generation engagement strategies through groundbreaking insights from experts and practical approaches to audience engagement.

The Show will also include informal networking sessions in the new Ambience Networking Lounge, where attendees can connect with sector peers and take advantage of drop-in advice sessions. The Arts Marketing Association will be available at Stand X2 for one-to-one marketing guidance, while Stephen Spencer + Associates will be offering visitor experience support from the Networking Lounge.

Sector support organisations and networks will also be on hand in the dedicated Sector Support Hub.

Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead by using the event website to filter the programme and create a personalised schedule of talks, demonstrations, and networking opportunities.

More information on travel and opening times is available via the Museums + Heritage Show website.

This is the final opportunity to register for a ticket before the event begins on 14th May 2025.
