Syx Automations Ltd changes UK company name to Gantner Ltd

Syx Automations Ltd, a high-technology company specialised in software solutions for the leisure industry, announced today that it will change its company name into Gantner Ltd

After the merger of Syx Automations and Gantner Technologies in June 2017, the firm has chosen to continue its operations under one name: Gantner Ltd. The decision to change its name, the company says, is in line with its ambitious international growth strategy. The collaboration of the two companies creates a broad synergy, giving customers access to a wide variety of integrated solutions.


Gantner has its main strength and expertise in technology hardware and related software. Syx has its main strength and expertise in software and applications. This, the company says, allows the new group to approach current and new customers with an offer of sophisticated integrated technology where they maximise value for their customers, by leveraging their combined strengths.

Because of the merger, Gantner Ltd is now a global supplier of integrated projects consisting of software and hardware solutions for access control and management systems for the sports and leisure industry.

Gantner Ticketing will be used as a brand name for all activities focussing on ticketing and leisure.

This modification only concerns a change in name. The legal entity, property, board, employees, activities, accreditation, contracts, obligations, address and banking data remain unchanged. We will make sure that the change of the company name is processed in our registrations, licences, accreditations and documents as soon as possible.
