Museums + Heritage Show reveals ambitious 2025 conference programme

Discover the details of the two-day event at Olympia London featuring 70+ sessions, 90 expert speakers, and 150 cultural sector exhibitors.

There are now more than 70 reasons to attend this year’s Museums + Heritage Show, as the 2025 programme is launched.

Book your pass for the two-day event, which takes place over 14-15 May at Olympia London. This year, the event offers a programme that comprises more than 70 sessions featuring 90 expert speakers across four theatres.

On the first day, Theatre 1’s sessions will focus on the areas of strategy and people, and will be chaired by visitor experience consultant Colin Mulberg. The themes of exhibitions, projects, and the environment will take place in Theatre 2, supported by PLB.

In Theatre 3, the themes of digital and innovation will be explored in a series of sessions co-organised by digital strategist, Linda Spurdle. In Theatre 4, ‘M+H Business Matters’ sessions will be featuring latest developments and technologies by a collection of the show’s exhibitors.

On the second day, funding and commercial matters will be the topic of sessions in Theatre 1, supported by the Association of Cultural Enterprises. In Theatre 2, sessions on communities and audiences will take place. In Theatre 3, the focus will be learning and outreach, in collaboration with The Group for Education in Museums (GEM). Finally in Theatre 4, there will be more content from the Show’s exhibitors and partners.

For a deeper dive into all the sessions, and to sign-up for a free pass, visit the Museums + Heritage Show website.

The live sessions are accompanied by audio receivers, to ensure optimal listening conditions during presentations. And, because it’s impossible to attend concurrent sessions, attendees also get free access to on-demand recordings of the sessions.

Alongside the programme will be more than 150 exhibitors, all specialising in the cultural sector, offering new and exciting products and solutions to fuel growth and transformation.

Budding attendees can browse the programme now, and add sessions to their calendar ahead of the event via the Museums + Heritage Show website.
