About Museums & Galleries

Museums & Galleries Ltd is the UK’s leading producer of quality art cards and design-led gift stationery.

Our collection is home to some of the most highly regarded heritage and arts brands in Britain and beyond. We also work with contemporary independent artists and emerging creative talent to source the beautiful imagery for our ranges.

Based in Corby in England, with a dedicated art studio in Frome, Somerset, we work with Museums and Galleries worldwide, both public and commercial, and are the official publishers of the Victoria & Albert Museum’s cards and social and gift stationery. Other prestigious licensors we work with include the British Library, British Museum, TATE, Natural History Museum, Transport for London, Matthew Williamson, Sarah Campbell, Catherine Rowe, Wild Press, and Paddington.

Founded over thirty years ago, in 2013 MGL began a new phase of development under the ownership of the Mint Group. Established in 2006 by Alan and Debbie Williams, Mint Publishing is one of the most vibrant independent greeting card companies in the UK. Both companies share a commitment to product quality and customer service but maintain separate public identities and serve different market demographics. M&G has over the last few years re-emerged as an exciting and reputable art and design-led publisher fit for the 21st Century.

Our mission is simple: to promote artistic quality and celebrate ‘timeless style’ through an exclusive, unique product collection.

We show at all the major trade fairs in the UK throughout the year and have a full team of sales agents covering the country, as well as a national accounts manager.
We publish trade catalogues once a year and maintain a trade-only ordering website at: www.museumsgalleries.co.uk.
