Job Overview

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in processing sales and ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks aimed at
facilitating the sales process and enhancing customer satisfaction including updating the company
website.


Responsibilities and Duties

Sales
• Manage and process sales orders placed with the company in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Prepare and maintain sales related documentation
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and work with the General Manager to ensure availability of
products

Customer Support
• Responsible for all incoming enquiries to Conservation Resources ensuring they are answered
professionally and in a timely manner
• Providing assistance to our customers by ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly
• Provide clear professional product advice to all customers
• Effectively communicate product/service updates and promotions to clients
Product and Website Management
• Maintain the company website ensuring that it is up to date and accurate, including initiatives to
improve presentation of products
• Conduct and react to industry price analysis to ensure Conservation Resources remain
competitive


Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Comply with company policies and procedures


Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in the heritage industry strongly preferred
• Sales knowledge preferable however, training will be given
• Proficiency in MS Office, eCommerce and Xero accountancy software preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining integrity, quality, and confidentiality.
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Salary: £25000 to £30000 per annum – depending on experience
• Location: Heyford Park, Upper Heyford, Bicester
• Hours: 40 hours per week
